"R Williams were the appointed Builders for our new build 2 Storey extension and renovation of Welsh cottage. The work was carried out and completed over a period of twelve months, with all aspects of the project being completed by R Williams workers, this included demolition and clearance work, groundworks, roofing, bricklaying, joinery, plastering, window and door installation.
The works carried out by the team and by the sub-contractors were done so in an effective, organised manner and to a high standard, with particular attention to detail. They demonstrated great flexibility in the way they worked with us to achieve the changes that we requested in materials and additional items to the work schedule.
The high standard of workmanship that was provided and the positive work ethic paved the way for good rapport. Additionally, throughout the process, there was effective communication from the R Williams team, from initial discussions and submission of Tender, ordering and provision of materials to the liaison with necessary parties, including Architect, Structural Engineer, Building Control.
